What?
Crossing from one side of the web to another is the ultimate goal of this activity. However there are several constraints laid out to add complexity and make the game more challenging for participants.
How?
Participants in a team stand on one side of the web and need to utilize the loops of the web formation to cross it and reach to the other side. Constraints such as not using the same loop twice OR not touching the edges of the loop/web are monitored to make the activity more challenging.
Why?
A team may come across series of challenges in their day to day work life. Such challenges are laid out in front of teams and how they overcome such challenges to achieve with strategic thinking and support of their team members to reach the goal is to watch out for!
